After exploring its remarkable stonework, travelers head to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes, enjoying the scenic transition from Andean landscapes to the cloud forest before walking to their hotel for the overnight stay. Day 2: In the morning, a bus takes visitors up to Machu Picchu for a two‑hour guided exploration of the iconic citadel. After returning to Aguas Calientes, there is free time for lunch and personal activities before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo. A bus then continues through the Sacred Valley toward Cusco, where staff assist with the final transfer to the hotel, concluding the experience. • CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to reschedule will be accepted only up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional fees and availability, particularly during high-demand seasons (from april to october). - Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-transferable and non-modifiable. - Should the client choose to change the activity date, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, subject to availability. • CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible up to 60% partial refund. .- Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. - In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, etc.), a refund may be issued; however, the amount will be subject to evaluation. • REFUND PROCESSING - Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately. - Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
