ABOUT THE HOT SPRINGS ENTRANCE TICKET ○ Unlike the Colca Canyon ticket, this visit is optional. ○ The entrance tickte to the hot springs can be added during your booking process, or purchased on the day of the excursion with cash payment.

ABOUT BREAKFAST ○ The included breakfast is simple. It consists of juice, bread with butter and jam, and a selection of herbal infusions.

ABOUT LUNCH ○ Lunch can be added during your booking process, or paid directly at the restaurant on the day of the excursion. The service is offered as a buffet.

SPECIAL RATES ARE AVAILABLE WHEN THE COLCA CANYON TICKET IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING The following conditions qualify for discounts: ○ CHILDREN: From 3 to 12 years of age, the student rate is considered.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity. CANCELLATIONS  ○ Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund. ○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable. ○ In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances. REFUNDS ○ Refunds for credit or debit card payments may take several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank. Please note that a small amount may be deducted, corresponding to transaction fees charged by the local or the customer’s bank.
