PICK-UP SERVICE EXCLUSIONS ○ The following hotels are not included in the pick-up service: Sonesta Posada del Inca, Casa Andina Premium, Lake Titicaca Hotel, GHL Libertador, and Jose Antonio Hotels. A designated meeting point can be arranged in the city center (historical center) for your convenience. Alternatively, transportation services can be provided for an additional fee.
REED BOAT RIDE IN UROS ISLANDS ○ The ride on a traditional reed boat during the visit to the Uros floating islands is not included in the tour price. This optional activity costs $5 USD per person and can be arranged directly with the local families during the tour.
ABOUT LUNCH ○ Lunch is prepared by local hosts using regional ingredients such as potatoes, rice, vegetables, and quinoa. Vegetarian options are available and can be arranged on the same day.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity. CANCELLATIONS ○ Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund. ○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable. ○ In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances. REFUNDS ○ Refunds for credit or debit card payments may take several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank. Please note that a small amount may be deducted, corresponding to transaction fees charged by the local or the customer’s bank.
