The entrance fee to the protected Nasca Lines area (approximately USD 12) and the corresponding airport tax (approximately USD 10) must be paid locally, in accordance with the regulations established by the authorities of the Nasca District.
Please note that this does not refer to the overflight itself, which is included in the tour package.

ABOUT THE MACHU PICCHU CIRCUIT OFFERED IN THIS PROGRAM

We guarantee you a full access ticket to Machu Picchu (Circuit 2), as long as you book well in advance. We recommend you contact us to check availability before making your reservation.

 

ABOUT THE TYPE OF TRAIN SERVICE OFFERED IN THIS PROGRAM

Your journey includes travel aboard either Inca Rail’s Voyager Service or Peru Rail’s Expedition Service, both offering comfort and scenic views through the Sacred Valley.

ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS DURING THE PROGRAM

Accommodation is provided in a 3-star hotel (such as CASA ANDINA HOTELS or similar) or a standard hostel. You may choose your preferred type of accommodation at the time of booking.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES

CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE

  • Requests to change the travel date will be accepted up to 7 days before the program begins, and are subject to additional charges and availability, especially during high season.

  • Please note: Date changes do not apply to the Machu Picchu entrance ticket. If the client chooses to reschedule this activity, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, subject to availability.​

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS​

  • Cancellations made before the start of the program may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be evaluated based on how many days in advance the cancellation is requested, and may range between 40% to 65% of the total amount paid

  • Cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of the company or the client (e.g., strikes, social unrest, natural disasters) may be refundable, but the refund amount will be subject to evaluation.
