STANDARD ACTIVITIES AND TRANSFERS POLICY​

 

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all group activities, experiences, and transfers that DO NOT involve Machu Picchu, Tour Packages, or the Titicaca Train.​​

 

Change of Travel Date

  • Requests to modify the travel date will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the activity date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (such as strikes, social conflicts, or natural disasters) may qualify for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation.

 

Refund Processing

  • Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately.

  • Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.​ ​

 

 

PREMIUM AND PRIVATE SERVICES, MACHU PICCHU ACTIVITIES, AND TRAVEL PACKAGES POLICY​

Scope of Application

This policy applies to all Tour Packages, private activities, private transfers, and any group or private activities that involve Machu Picchu or the Titicaca Train.​

 

Change of Travel Date

  • Requests to reschedule will be accepted only up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional fees and availability, particularly during high-demand seasons (from april to october).

  • Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-transferable and non-modifiable.

  • Should the client choose to change the activity date, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, subject to availability.​

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible up to 60% partial refund.

  • Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation.

  • In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, etc.), a refund may be issued; however, the amount will be subject to evaluation.

 

Refund Processing

  • Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately.

  • Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
