The journey is organized as follows: → Day 1: High-Andean Discovery ○ Wildlife & Volcanoes: Departure at 7:45 a.m. to explore high-altitude landscapes, observing llamas and alpacas at the Volcanoes Viewpoint. ○ Wellness & Culture: An afternoon dedicated to an optional relaxing in thermal baths, followed by an optional dinner with a traditional folkloric show. → Day 2: The Majesty of the Canyon ○ Maca Village: A morning visit to this charming town to see its colonial architecture. ○ Antahuilque Viewpoint: A stop for panoramic views of the valley’s iconic pre-Inca terraces. ○ Cruz del Cóndor: The highlight of the trip, featuring the breathtaking flight of the Andean condor. • CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to change the travel date will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity. • CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable. - Cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of either the company or the client (such as strikes, social conflicts, or natural disasters) may be refundable; however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation. • REFUND PROCESSING - For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately. - For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds may take several days depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
