After a picturesque train ride along the Urubamba River, you arrive in Aguas Calientes for hotel check‑in (not included) and a free afternoon to explore the town, visit the butterfly sanctuary, or relax in the thermal baths. In the evening, your guide will kindly reach out to share the final details for your visit to Machu Picchu the next day. Day 2 – Machu Picchu Visit and Return to Cusco Begin the day by taking the bus up to the Machu Picchu citadel, where you will enjoy a guided visit through its terraces, temples, and panoramic viewpoints. After returning to Aguas Calientes, you will have free time for lunch (not included) before continuing with the program. Later, board the train back to Ollantaytambo and continue by bus to Cusco, ending the experience around 7:30 p.m. This final stretch offers a relaxing journey through the Sacred Valley as you return to the city. • CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to reschedule will be accepted only up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional fees and availability, particularly during high-demand seasons (from april to october). - Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-transferable and non-modifiable. - Should the client choose to change the activity date, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, subject to availability. • CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible up to 60% partial refund. .- Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. - In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, etc.), a refund may be issued; however, the amount will be subject to evaluation. • REFUND PROCESSING - Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately. - Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
