CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable. - In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances.
