FULL-DAY EXCURSION TO MACHU PICCHU ✦ Type of Excursion: World Heritage ✦ Difficulty: Medium ✦ Service: Group Tour (8 max.) ✦ Transport: Van & Train ✦ Duration: 1 Day ✦ Schedule: 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM ◘ ITINERARY Choose between two departure times from Cusco: 4:00 a.m. or 8:00 a.m. Your selection defines the visit time at Machu Picchu: ○ 4:00 a.m. departure → morning visit ○ 8:00 a.m. departure → afternoon visit ○ Hotel Pick-up in Cusco Transfer to the bus station to begin the journey to Ollantaytambo. ○ Road Transfer to Ollantaytambo Scenic drive through the Andes with panoramic views. ○ Train to Aguas Calientes Enjoy the changing landscapes as you travel toward the edge of the Amazon basin. ○ Arrival in Aguas Calientes Meet our staff and walk to the bus stop. ○ Bus to Machu Picchu Shuttle ride up to the Inca citadel. ○ Guided Tour of Machu Picchu Two-hour guided exploration of the site. → Morning tour for 4:00 a.m. departures → Afternoon tour for 8:00 a.m. departures ○ Return to Aguas Calientes Bus descent and free time for lunch (not included). ○ Train Back to Ollantaytambo Return journey through the Sacred Valley. ○ Road Transfer to Cusco Final drive back to the city. ○ Arrival in Cusco Assistance upon arrival and transfer to your hotel. Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policies
• CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to reschedule will be accepted only up to 7 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional fees and availability, particularly during high-demand seasons (from april to october). - Please note that Machu Picchu entrance tickets are non-transferable and non-modifiable. - Should the client choose to change the activity date, a new entrance ticket must be purchased, subject to availability. • CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible up to 60% partial refund. .- Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. - In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, etc.), a refund may be issued; however, the amount will be subject to evaluation. • REFUND PROCESSING - Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately. - Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
