CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity. CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable. - In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances. REFUNDS - For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately. - For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take several days depending on your bank’s policies.
