Changes, Cancellations & Refund Policies
• Change of Travel Date - Requests to reschedule will be accepted only up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date and are subject to additional fees and availability, particularly during high-demand seasons (from april to october). • Cancellations - Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity date are eligible up to 60% partial refund. - Cancellations made within 6 days of the activity date may be eligible for a refund; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation. - In the event of cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the control of both the company and the client (strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, etc.), a refund may be issued; however, the amount will be subject to evaluation. • Refund Processing - Payments made via PayPal are refunded immediately. - Refunds for credit or debit card payments may require several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
