This visit offers a special opportunity to explore the iconic floating islands, with the option of a traditional reed‑boat trip. A designated meeting point can be arranged in the city center (historical center) for your convenience. Alternatively, transportation services can be provided for an additional fee. ♦ About the Ride on a Local Reed Boat during the tour ○ The ride on a traditional reed boat during the visit to the Uros floating islands is not included in the tour price. This optional activity costs $5 USD per person and can be arranged directly with the local families during the tour.

• CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE - Requests to change the travel date will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity. • CANCELLATIONS - Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. - Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable. - Cancellations due to circumstances beyond the control of either the company or the client (such as strikes, social conflicts, or natural disasters) may be refundable; however, the amount to be refunded will be subject to evaluation. • REFUND PROCESSING - For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately. - For payments made by credit or debit card, refunds may take several days depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
