ABOUT THE TOURIST TICKET "BTC"

The Tourist Ticket (BTC) is a mandatory ticket for all visitors and allows access to 16 different attractions in the city of Cusco and surroundings (museums, theaters, archaeological sites, etc.). Some of the attractions are mentioned in our activities. The Tourist Ticket (BTC) is divided as follows: 1) GENERAL TICKET for adults: Valid for 10 days. This ticket allows you to visit the following attractions: - Sacsayhuaman - Qenqo - Puca Pucara - Tambomachay - Museum of Contemporary Art - Regional Historical Museum - Museum of Popular Art - Qoricancha Site Museum - Qosqo Native Art Center - Pachacuteq Inca Monument - Piquillacta - Tipon - Pisac - Ollantaytambo - Chinchero - Moray 2) PARTIAL TICKET FOR ADULTS: It is subdivided into 3 Circuits. CIRCUIT 1: Valid for 1 day. This ticket allows you to visit the following attractions: - Sacsayhuaman - Quenqo - Puca Pucara - Tambomachay CIRCUIT 2: Valid for 2 days. This ticket allows you to visit the following attractions: - Regional Historical Museum - Museum of Contemporary Art - Museum of Popular Art - Qorikancha Site Museum - Qosqo Native Art Center - Pachacutec Inca Monument CIRCUIT 3: Valid for 2 days. This ticket allows you to visit the following attractions: - Pisac - Ollantaytambo - Chinchero - Moray --> The ticket price may vary depending on the type selected, ranging from S/70 (24 USD) for the partial ticket to S/130 (40 USD) for the full ticket. --> The Tourist Ticket (BTC) is available for purchase on-site at the entrance of each attraction. --> The Tourist Ticket (BTC) is NOT valid to visit Machu Picchu.

ABOUT THE TICKET TO THE CHURCH OF ANDAHUAYLILLAS

The entrance ticket to the Church of San Pedro de Andahuaylillas is not included in the Tourist Ticket (BTC), as this site does not fall under the jurisdiction of the Peruvian government. Visitors wishing to enter must purchase a separate ticket, which costs approximately S/18 (6 USD) per person and is available for purchase on-site at the cathedral's entrance.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES

CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE

  • Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity.

CANCELLATIONS 

  • Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable.

  • In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances.

REFUNDS

  • For payments made via PayPal, refunds are processed immediately.

  • For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take several days depending on your bank’s policies.
