MEETING AND DROP OFF POINT ○ The meeting point in Chivay will be at our agency offices, not at the bus terminal, as this service is operated with smaller vehicles. ○ Upon arrival in Puno, the final drop‑off point will be in the city center of Puno. ○ Both the pick‑up and the end of the journey will be coordinated and assisted by our bilingual escort, ensuring smooth communication and guidance throughout the transfer.

ADDITIONAL HOTEL TRANSFERS ○ Pick‑up from hotels located in Yanque, Cabanaconde, or similar areas can be arranged under an additional cost. ○ Likewise, drop‑off at hotels in Puno such as GHL Hotel Isla Esteves, Casa Andina Premium, Lago Titicaca Hotel, Puerto Kalapajra, José Antonio Hotels, Sonesta Posada del Inca, or other similar locations is possible with an extra charge. ○ This supplementary cost must be consulted after completing the reservation, as the final price depends on both the number of participants and the specific hotel location.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity.
