REED BOAT RIDE IN UROS ISLANDS ○ The ride on a traditional reed boat during the visit to the Uros floating islands is not included in the tour price. This optional activity costs $5 USD per person and can be arranged directly with the local families during the tour.

CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity. CANCELLATIONS  ○ Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund. ○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable. ○ In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances. REFUNDS ○ Refunds for credit or debit card payments may take several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank. Please note that a small amount may be deducted, corresponding to transaction fees charged by the local or the customer’s bank.
