MY ACCOMMODATION IS OUTSIDE CUSCO CENTER ○ A designated meeting point can be arranged in the city center (historical center) for your convenience. Alternatively, transportation services can be provided for an additional fee.
THE RAINBOW MOUNTAIN (VINICUNCA) ENTRANCE FEE ○ The entrance fee may be added as an optional service during the booking process, or it can be purchased directly at the site prior to entering the attraction. The cost is S/30 (USD $11) per person.
THE RED VALLEY ENTRANCE FEE ○ The entrance fee may be added as an optional service during the booking process, or it can be purchased directly at the site prior to entering the attraction. The cost is S/30 (USD $11) per person.
ABOUT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH ○ Vegetarian options are available for both meals. Should you have any additional dietary requirements or restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking.
ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION OPTION FOR THE HIKE TO THE MOUNTAIN ○ If you are unable to complete the hike (which takes place at 5,000 meters above sea level / 16,404 feet), you have the option to rent horses or quads. Please note that our agency does not provide this service, but you may arrange rentals directly with local providers. The cost typically ranges from S/70 to S/90 soles ($25 to $30 USD) per person, depending on demand. Keep in mind that any incidents or unforeseen events arising from the use of these transportation options are entirely at your own risk.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of the activity. CANCELLATIONS ○ Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled activity date are eligible for a full refund. ○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity date are non-refundable. ○ In cases of force majeure—such as strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of the company or the client—refunds may be issued; however, the refundable amount will be subject to evaluation based on the specific circumstances. REFUNDS ○ Refunds for credit or debit card payments may take several days, depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
