Transfer from Chivay to Puno

The journey begins at Lima’s Jorge Chávez International Airport. The assigned driver and guide welcome the group and provide a private transfer to the chosen accommodation. The morning offers a choice of experiences in Lima. Lunch is included.At 14:00, the group departs Lima for a private transfer to Paracas. On arrival, the travelers are taken directly to their chosen accommodation. At 08:00, a private boat sets out for the Ballestas Islands, with views of the Candelabro geoglyph and opportunities to observe marine wildlife. The journey then explores Paracas National Reserve, including La Catedral viewpoint, Playa Roja, Playa La Mina and the Julio C. Tello Site Museum.Lunch takes place in Lagunillas, where restaurants serve à la carte dishes. Departing Ica or Huacachina at 08:00, the route leads through the coastal desert to the María Reiche House Museum and the Nazca Lines observation tower.The visit continues to the Cantalloc aqueducts for around 45 minutes, followed by lunch in Nazca. Departure from Chivay at 07:45. The route includes stops in Maca and at the Antahuilque viewpoint before reaching Cruz del Cóndor, where Andean condors may be seen soaring above the canyon.After a buffet lunch in Chivay, the road journey continues to Puno with breaks at Patawasi and Lagunillas. At 08:15, the group is collected from its accommodation for a private transfer to the port of Puno. A private boat visits the Uros floating islands before crossing Lake Titicaca to Amantaní. All eight travelers are welcomed into a single family home prepared to host the group.After a traditional lunch, there is time to learn about daily life on the island and walk towards Pachatata for panoramic lake views and, weather permitting, the sunset. A free morning provides a welcome opportunity to rest after the drive from Puno. At 13:00, the afternoon tour begins and may include a 30-minute guided walk through central Cusco before the van departs for the archaeological sites.The visit focuses on Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo and Tambomachay, allowing time for their remarkable stonework, history and scenery. A 04:00 departure helps avoid the busiest visitor hours.
