MEETING POINT & DROP-OFF POINT ○ The meeting point in Puno is located in the city centre rather than the bus terminal, as the service is operated with smaller passenger vehicles. ○ Upon arrival in Chivay, the standard drop-off point is at the Main Square (Plaza de Armas). ○ Boarding in Puno and arrival in Chivay are coordinated with bilingual assistance to facilitate communication and organisation throughout the transfer.
ADDITIONAL HOTEL TRANSFERS ○ Pick-up from hotels in Puno, including GHL Hotel Isla Esteves, Casa Andina Premium, Lago Titicaca Hotel, Puerto Kalapajra, José Antonio Hotels, Sonesta Posada del Inca, and other similar locations, can be arranged for an additional fee. ○ Additional drop-off services can also be arranged for accommodation located in Yanque, Cabanaconde, or other areas outside Chivay. ○ The supplementary transfer fee is confirmed after booking, as the final cost depends on the number of passengers and the location of the accommodation.

The refundable amount will depend on the circumstances and any costs already incurred. 3.- REFUNDS ○ Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card may take several business days to appear, depending on the issuing bank.
