6:30 AM – Departure from Cusco
The excursion begins with hotel pick-up from accommodations located within central Cusco, followed by the journey towards the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
7:15 AM – Visit to Chinchero
The first visit takes place in Chinchero, where Inca stonework, colonial architecture, and traditional textile practices reflect different periods of Andean history and culture.

8:00 AM – Maras Salt Mines
The route continues to the Maras Salt Mines, an extensive network of salt ponds arranged along the mountainside and traditionally worked by local families.
9:30 AM – Moray Archaeological Site
The visit continues at Moray, known for its distinctive concentric terraces and their association with Inca agricultural practices and microclimates.

11:00 AM – Lunch in Urubamba
A lunch break is provided in Urubamba.
1:00 PM – Ollantaytambo Archaeological Complex
The afternoon continues in Ollantaytambo, a historic Inca town that preserves its original street layout alongside an extensive archaeological complex of terraces, temples, and monumental stonework.
3:30 PM – Pisac Archaeological Site
The final archaeological visit takes place in Pisac, where extensive agricultural terraces and archaeological structures overlook the Sacred Valley.
6:30 PM – Arrival in Cusco
The excursion concludes upon return to Cusco after a full-day journey through the Sacred Valley.

ABOUT THE CUSCO TOURIST TICKET – BTC ○ The Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC) provides access to a range of archaeological sites, museums, cultural centres, and other attractions in Cusco and the surrounding region. ○ Several attractions included in this excursion require the BTC: Chinchero, Moray, Ollantaytambo, and Pisac. ABOUT THE MARAS SALT MINES ENTRANCE TICKET ○ Admission to the Maras Salt Mines is not included in the Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC) and requires a separate entrance ticket. ○ The entrance fee is approximately S/20 (USD 8) per person. It may be added as an optional service during the booking process or purchased directly before entering the site.
ABOUT LUNCH ○ Lunch is served as a buffet and includes vegetarian options.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES 1.- CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes to the travel date are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity. 2.- CANCELLATIONS ○ Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. ○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable. ○ In cases of force majeure, including strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of the company or the traveler, a refund may be considered. The refundable amount will depend on the circumstances and any costs already incurred. 3.- REFUNDS ○ Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card may take several business days to appear, depending on the issuing bank. Please note that transaction fees charged by local banks or the cardholder’s bank may be deducted from the refunded amount.
