9:00 AM – Hotel Pick-up in Puno
The day begins with hotel pick-up in Puno, followed by a short transfer to the port for the morning excursion to the Uros Floating Islands.

9:20 AM – Boat Departure to the Uros Floating Islands
The boat departs across Lake Titicaca towards the Uros Floating Islands, offering views of the lake and surrounding highland scenery along the way.

10:00 AM – Visit to the Uros Floating Islands
The visit provides an introduction to the traditions, daily life, and close relationship that Uros families maintain with Lake Titicaca and the totora reeds used to build their islands and homes.
An optional ride on a traditional reed boat is also available and can be arranged directly with local families.
11:30 AM – Return to Puno
The boat journey returns across Lake Titicaca towards the port of Puno after the visit to the floating islands.
12:00 PM – Arrival in Puno & Free Time for Lunch
Upon arrival in Puno, transfer is provided to the hotel or city centre. Approximately one hour of free time is available for lunch at individual expense before the afternoon excursion continues.
Participants are then collected again from their accommodation or an agreed meeting point in central Puno for the journey to Sillustani.
1:50 PM – Departure for Sillustani
The afternoon journey continues from Puno across the open landscapes of the Altiplano towards Sillustani, one of the region’s most distinctive archaeological sites.
3:00 PM – Visit to Sillustani
The archaeological site of Sillustani is known for its impressive chullpas, ancient funerary towers built by pre-Inca and Inca cultures. Overlooking Lake Umayo, the site combines archaeological heritage with expansive views of the surrounding Altiplano.
5:00 PM – Return to Puno
After the visit to Sillustani, the return journey to Puno begins through the highland landscapes surrounding Lake Umayo.
6:00 PM – Arrival in Puno
The full-day excursion concludes upon arrival in Puno.

REED BOAT RIDE AT THE UROS FLOATING ISLANDS ○ The traditional reed boat ride during the visit to the Uros Floating Islands is optional and is not included in the tour price. ○ The activity costs USD 5 per person and can be arranged directly with local families during the visit.
ABOUT LUNCH ○ Lunch is not included in the tour price. Approximately one hour of free time is provided in Puno between the morning and afternoon portions of the excursion. ○ A variety of restaurants are available in central Puno, making the city centre a convenient area for lunch before the departure to Sillustani.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICIES 1.- CHANGE OF TRAVEL DATE ○ Changes to the travel date are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled start of the activity. 2.- CANCELLATIONS ○ Cancellations requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund. ○ Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable. ○ In cases of force majeure, including strikes, social unrest, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond the control of the company or the traveler, a refund may be considered. The refundable amount will depend on the circumstances and any costs already incurred. 3.- REFUNDS ○ Refunds for payments made by credit or debit card may take several business days to appear, depending on the issuing bank. Please note that transaction fees charged by local banks or the cardholder’s bank may be deducted from the refunded amount.
